Matthew and I got married 5 years ago on May 25, 2006.
1st Anniversary: Camping trip at Bull Trout Lake then a night at Tamarack the next weekend. This is us with our wedding cake top by the camp fire.
2nd Anniversary: Miracle Hot springs in Hagerman then Carrie Underwood concert

3rd Anniversary: William Joseph piano concert (pregnant with Brayli) + Matthew got me a piano for my Birthday/Mother's Day/Anniversary gift
This is us at home before the concert.
4th Anniversary: Dinner at Cheesecake Factory. I don't have a picture of us together just of the awesome dessert my brother-in-law Michael got for us. (He works there) BMW is our initials-Beth & Matthew Walker
5th Anniversary: Dinner at Olive Garden (Pregnant with "Baby Brother") This picture was taken after dinner at my parents house. Our faces aren't that clear but you can see my big belly!

For our 5th anniversary we were going to go to Twin Falls for a night then go see Shoshone Falls. We decided to stay closer to the hospital instead. Just in case our baby boy decided to come early. (As of Tuesday May 24 I was already dilated to a 3 and the babies head was -1 station. My OB said to take it easy and try to keep the baby in at least one more week.) Anyways, on our way to dinner we talked about what we've accomplished together. Here is what we came up with:
Dated 2 months then got engaged on Christmas day 12-25-2005
Married 5 months later 5-25-2006
Rented an apartment in Meridian
Got our first pet-Hubert a beta fish
Bought a house in Nampa 8-28-2007
Got another pet-Bessy a silly Bassett-lab mix
Got ANOTHER pet-Touille a little farm mutt
Paid off both our cars and in a couple months the truck
Paid for and sold the 4 Runner
Had one child (Brayli 8-15-2009) and #2 is coming SOON!
I've had a couple different jobs but been at TVP for almost 3 years
Matthew's been at his current job for almost 8 years
Lots of camping and a few trips to McCall
Traveled to California, Texas and GERMANY
I'm sure there is a lot more but these are the big events we came up with. Of course it's not all about the big things. The small things might have the most significant memories. We are fortunate to work close to each other and try to have lunch together at least once a week. It's so nice to get a break from work and have time together to talk. It makes up for our lack of date nights. It's been a great 5 years of marriage!!!!!
